Meet our 2023 IVAT onsite Magellan Federal team!

Allison graduated with her MA in Clinical Psychology in 2006. She has worked in addictions and mental health since that time, and began work as an ASACS Counselor in Germany in 2013. She became a Clinical Supervisor for the program in 2017 and the Worldwide Program Manager in 2019. Allison obtained a Masters in Public Administration in 2022.

Jason earned an MA in Counseling from Portland State University in Portland, Oregon in 2002 and has worked in the mental health and addiction treatment field in many capacities since that time. He has been with the ASACS program since 2012, working in Japan, Germany, S. Korea, and Hawaii and has been a clinical supervisor with the program since 2015.

Sarah graduated with her MA in Clinical Counseling in 2009. She started out her career as a Licensed Professional Counselor in Private Practice working with addictions and mental health in Oregon. In 2012, she began serving as an MFLC for military families overseas and then transitioned to working as an ASACS Counselor in Belgium in 2017.

Claudia Kayatani earned her Masters in Social Work in 2004. Upon graduating, she worked with children and families in school settings.  In 2006 she began her clinical work in Hawaii’s School Based Behavior Program and this work continued in 2019 as an ASACS counselor in Germany.
