For over 30 years, Magellan Federal has been a trusted EAP partner to several key Federal government agencies, with services for organizational effectiveness and employee well-being at every stage of life. Our Federal EAP services and support cover more than three million lives of civil servants and families across multiple government agencies to include the Department of Defense, Health and Human Services, and Federal Aviation Administration. To deliver exceptional services, we have maximized opportunities, offering optimal flexibility in how, what, when and where our members received and interacted with EAP services and programs.

Over time, we have implemented innovation within our programs to modernize delivery. Significant innovations have allowed us to include the addition of whole-life management programs, virtual and digital solutions, global connectivity, and the integration of onsite EAP counselors. The driving force behind our program enhancements is the belief that an individual’s emotional health is interdependent with their overall wellness. Magellan Federal’s demonstrated ability to address a person’s emotional and mental wellness, not just the presenting life challenges, is what sets us apart from other traditional EAP providers.

We are excited to expand our services in support of the Military OneSource program for military members and their families, similar to our support for Federal and DoD EAP programs.  A key goal of the Military OneSource program is to ensure that the program’s resources and support reach the 5.2 million service members and family members located worldwide who need them. The comprehensive nature of the Military OneSource program allows it to be a true “one source” of information and resources so that, once engaged, participants are encouraged to return to the program to have additional needs met. The 24/7 nature of call center operations allows for call center staff to hear stated and unstated needs and provide support that is appropriate and effective.
