Elisa Kirkhorn

As a key member of the Strategy and Growth team, Elisa Kirkhorn is responsible for the business development and capture activities to help position the company to win large, strategic opportunities and retain and grow existing business. Prior to joining Magellan Federal, Elisa spent over 15 years leading federal business development efforts that spanned across many civilian and Defense agencies. Her work focused on mental health and work/life services to ensure federal employees got the support they needed to live happier, healthier, and more productive lives. Elisa also held positions in The White House and U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Elisa received her bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Texas at Austin.
