John Im oversees the Magellan Federal Health Services division responsible for Employee Wellness/WorkLife programs, critical incident support, and behavioral health related services currently supporting Department of Defense, Department of Human & Health Services, Department of Veteran Affairs, and Federal Aviation Administration. Mr. Im is a Certified Employee Assistance Professional and Licenses Clinical Social Worker with a master’s degree from University of Denver. Prior to joining Magellan Federal in 2014, Mr. Im led clinical operations and program management for fortune 100 clients, as well as providing wellness consultation and strategy for corporate clients and management and HR consultations.
