Shannon Kelley
Chief Growth Officer
Shannon has a diverse professional profile, having worked across multiple disciplines, including marketing, business development, capture, proposals, operations, and health information. Her experience includes supporting and leading various Department of Defense (DoD) and Defense Health Agency (DHA) initiatives related to wounded warriors, transition, and veteran populations.
Jon Metzler, PHD, CMPC
Director, Human Performance
Dr. Jon Metzler has extensive experience providing performance psychology consultation to the military and other clientele. Jon is an AASP Fellow Member and Chair of the AASP Certification Council.
John Gaddy, Ph.D., PMP
Senior Manager, Federal Program Management (ARD-TS)
Dr. Gaddy is a Senior Manager supporting the Army Resilience Directorate Training Support program. John retired from the Army following 20 years of service with varied assignments across the globe. Since leaving military service, John has worked as a leader on Federal contracts supporting the Army and as a human capital consultant supporting other Federal agencies.
