Anna Sever
Interim CEO

Ms. Sever—a proud military spouse—leverages expansive experience as a healthcare and social services executive with over 20 years of progressive management responsibilities, including spearheading growth and new business initiatives with Federal contractors.

Steve Schmith
VP, Federal Program Operations

Steve leads over 1,100 employees on over 20 contracts at over 200 worldwide locations. During his 24-year Army career, Steve’s assignments included The Joint Chiefs of Staff, The Army Staff, U.S. European Command, U.S. Embassy, and the 101st Airborne Division. Since retiring from the Army, he has worked in Federal contracting in various leadership positions supporting the military.

Stacy Drones
Sr. Director, Family Programs

Stacy is a military spouse who has worked with Army family programs for over 15 years. As Senior Director of Family Programs, Stacy oversees victim services and family support contracts.

Gary Kayser
Sr. Director, Federal Program Management

In December 2015, COL(R) Gary concluded almost 33 years of Army service, 17 years as a traditional Reserve Component USAR officer, and 16 years on active duty in the AGR program. He is currently a senior director and program manager for the Army Resilience Directorate’s Training Support program.

Jim Batchelder
Director, Business Development

Jim is a Director of Business Development supporting Strategy and Growth within the Human Readiness Division at Magellan Federal. Jim has over 25 years of experience across federal government agencies focusing on health/healthcare initiatives. Jim has provided PM support across many domains, including Health, IT, R&D, and Security for all DoD and many civilian Federal agencies.

Bob Boham
Director, Federal Program Management

A retired Army Medical Service Corp officer with more than 20 years of leadership experience in medical operations, hospital administration, and aeromedical evacuation (DUSTOFF). Since then, Bob has supported Soldiers, Family Members, and DA Civilians in Army Resilience Program.

Tracy Felton
Director, Capture Management

Tracy is a Director of Capture Management supporting Strategy and Growth within the Human Readiness Division at Magellan Federal. Tracy has 26 years of experience leading multiple management consulting, professional services, and business development initiatives for the Army, DHA, DHS, and DOJ.

Jon Metzler

Jon Metzler, PHD, CMPC
Director, Human Performance

Dr. Jon Metzler has extensive experience providing performance psychology consultation to the military and other clientele. Jon is an AASP Fellow Member and Chair of the AASP Certification Council.

Susan Morris
Director, Business Development

As Director of Business Development, Susan Morris focuses on contracts involving all aspects of the health and readiness of our Nation’s warriors, including the Army.
