With its focus on the integrative nature of the physiological, nutritional, mental, spiritual, and sleep readiness domains, the H2F System presents Soldiers, leaders, and units with the opportunity for a cultural shift in understanding, assessing, and improving the holistic health and fitness of all Soldiers in the Total Army. We recognize and acknowledge your commitment to helping our Army’s Soldiers improve their overall fitness and readiness for deployment.
