Member Services Overview (Draft)

Magellan Federal Member Services Membership Restructuring Coming Soon

After 25 years of dedicated service to military members, veterans, and their families, Magellan Federal has announced the restructuring of Member Services Membership.

Over the past 25 years, our members have been at the heart of everything we do, and we’re deeply grateful for your support and participation. After careful consideration, we’ve decided to continue the program at no cost but with a reduced version of services. This change focuses our efforts on evolving community needs, our organizational priorities, and, most importantly, the value to our members.

The program has proudly assisted thousands of service members and veterans in understanding and accessing their earned benefits, connecting them to essential resources, and providing guidance through complex processes. The decision to restructure the program follows a strategic review aimed at refocusing organizational efforts and strengthening collaboration with partner organizations that continue to serve the military community.

It has been our honor to serve those who have served our nation as our members. We’re deeply grateful to the men and women who trusted us to help them navigate their benefits. As we transition to this new chapter, we remain fully committed to ensuring every participant is supported through this transition.

— James Thornbrugh, Magellan Federal President
