While providing these services, we achieved a 99% effectiveness rating based on participant feedback.
Magellan Federal has 50 years of Employee Assistance Program (EAP) experience, covering nearly 12 million lives across the programs we manage. We have a qualified nationwide network of approximately 96,000 credentialed providers. We maintain 24/7/365 call centers across our EAP programs, covering the 50 states, US territories continuously, and internationally, which grants participants direct virtual access our licensed clinicians. Throughout our 50-year history providing EAP services, we have implemented many enhancements and technological innovations.
