Paul Taraborelli, MSW, LICSW,IMH-E®, Child and Youth Behavioral Director, Military & Family Life Counseling Program (MFLC), Magellan Federal 

Child Youth Behavioral Director for the Military & Family Life Counseling program with over 25 years of licensed experience in Rhode Island. Paul holds an endorsement in Infant Mental Health and specializes in early childhood mental health, behavioral concerns, and military family support. He earned his MSW from Boston University and previously served as an outpatient therapist at a children’s hospital. 


Lisa Jennings, PhD, LCSW, LICSW, Counselor, Military & Family Life Counseling Program (MFLC), Magellan Federal 

Licensed clinical social worker with a PhD from the University of Alabama, specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Currently supports military families at the NAS Pensacola Child Development Center through the Military & Family Life Counselor program. Lisa’s expertise includes military family resilience, communication strategies, and parenting support. She is passionate about advocating for returning veterans’ access to mental health resources and educational support systems. 


Mary Sol Weston, LCPC-S, NCC, CCTP, Counselor, Military & Family Life Counseling Program (MFLC), Magellan Federal 

Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor specializing in family counseling, trauma-informed care, and early childhood mental health. With over 20 years of experience and licenses in three states, Mary Sol serves as a Military and Family Life Counselor with Magellan Federal, providing solution-focused support tailored to military families. Coming from four generations of service members, she brings personal understanding to her work with military communities. Mary Sol offers expertise in classroom consultation, parent-child psychotherapy, and Spanish-language counseling services, helping caregivers apply social-emotional research to strengthen attachment and resilience in children. 


Melinda Gill, LCSW, Regional Supervisor, Military & Family Life Counseling Program (MFLC), Magellan Federal 

Regional supervisor for Magellan Federal’s Military and Family Life Counseling program, currently overseeing counselors in Clarksville, Tennessee schools. With extensive counseling experience in Michigan and Kentucky, Melinda has specialized in preventing child hospitalizations, providing school-based services, and managing adult crisis intervention. She has served the military population for 8 years, building on her diverse background in both clinical and supervisory roles.
