Why did the membership program changing?

After a thorough review, effective July 1, 2026, Magellan Federal changed the Member Services program structure to a no-fee based membership for current members to better align our resources with future initiatives and military community needs.

Members can continue to follow us, receive support, and updates via the Magellan Federal member website.

Will I receive a refund?

All eligible members were issued refunds on June 30, 2026, by mailed check.

What happens to my data and documents on file?

Your personal information will be securely deleted according to our privacy policy. We will not share your data with any third parties.

All original documents on file were returned to member between June 30-August 30, 2026.

How can I stay connected after the program changes?

You can continue to follow us and receive updates via the Magellan Federal member website or by phone at 1-888 237-2872.

Can I opt out of the free, no-cost membership?

Yes, please contact Member Services at 1-888 237-2872, or email Racquel Thompson, Member Services Supervisor, at thompsonrj@magellanfederal.com to opt out of the no-cost membership.
